Recurrence
Bruising and swelling of the skin may occur after forehead and brow plastic surgery, or there may be increased hair loss. Scarring may also occur, and it is advisable to start gently massaging the scars approximately two weeks after surgery. After surgery, hair colouring and facial tanning should be limited for two to three months. Return to normal activities is possible approximately 2 weeks after surgery.

Procedure
The procedure takes about 90 to 150 minutes and uses a combination of general and local anesthesia.
The procedure begins with an incision along the earlobes to the hairline of the neck. Next, the subcutaneous layer is penetrated down to the flat muscle in the neck. The muscle is pulled upwards and fixed with sutures. Surgically, fat deposits and excess skin are removed.
The face after surgery looks smoother, leaner, and turned off. Finally, the surgical wounds are sutured and a compression bandage is applied.
Recovery
The postoperative stay requires one to two days in the clinic. On the second day after surgery, a dressing is made. Thereafter, the client is discharged home and comes for further dressings at intervals of 3 to 5 days.
A compression bandage is worn for the first 10 to 14 days or so after surgery, and then for 14 days only at night. Facial swelling is most extensive on the third to fourth day. Stitches are usually removed between postoperative days 12 and 14.

Rhinoplasty is the solution for anyone who is unhappy with their nose. It is mainly an aesthetic procedure, but we also address functional problems as part of septoplasty. Rhinoplasty is performed after puberty and is not suitable for teenagers. Depending on the type of nose and the patient's preference, it is either a soft part surgery or a bony part surgery.
Procedure
The procedure is performed under general anesthesia. The duration of the surgery varies between 1 to 2 hours depending on the complexity of the procedure. The surgery is performed in two ways: open and closed method. In the case of the closed method, the incisions are made from the inside of the nose. The open method is used to deal with more complicated conditions and deformities of the nose. The operation ends with the establishment of a tamponade and external plaster fixation. After the surgery, a small splint is worn on the nose for approximately 14 days.
Reconvalescence
The patient remains in the clinic for 48 hours after surgery, after which the tamponade is removed. The postoperative course is usually painless. External plaster fixation is worn for one to two weeks after surgery. The nasal cast must be worn for the following two weeks while the patient sleeps. Aesthetically unpleasant are bruising under the eyes, bruising in the eyes and swelling of the face. However, these signs will disappear within two weeks of surgery. Mild facial swelling remains longer but does not prevent work activity. Pressure massage, especially of the nasal tip, is necessary for 2 to 3 months after surgery. Less stress can be performed after about 3 months. Avoid bending over and excessive strain in the early stages of recovery.
First visible results
Visible results occur after the cast is removed. Over time, the nose shrinks and gently reshapes to the desired shape. With proper care and regular massages, the final shape of the nose can be significantly influenced. The final change in the shape of the nose is not fully noticeable until one year after surgery.
