Esthetic medicine

The application of filler materials is a very effective method of facial rejuvenation. Each aesthetic treatment is preceded by a consultation with a physician who will recommend the most suitable method of performing the procedure and the use of the type of filler according to your expectations. To achieve a better effect, a combination of several treatments is also possible. The consultation and the procedure itself are usually performed on the same day. So if you are hesitant or don't know what to do, take advantage of our consultations at a price of CZK 500. If you decide to undergo the treatment on the same day, you do not pay for the consultation. The final scope of the aesthetic procedure is individual, so the exact price is always determined by a specialist.

Mimic Wrinkle Removal

Botulotoxin

Botulotoxin application is useful for treating and smoothing wrinkles. Compared to injectable fillers, the advantage of botulinum toxin is that its application to a specific nerve relaxes the controlled muscle and prevents the transmission of the neuromuscular impulse, causing the wrinkle to disappear and natural facial rejuvenation to occur.

Botulinum toxin is applied to correct wrinkles of the forehead, nasal root and eye area. Botulo preparations can also be used for some types of wrinkles in the neck area and can also alleviate the manifestations of the so-called "orange skin" on the chin. In other areas of the lower part of the face, it leads to a significant reduction in the mobility of the facial muscles. Therefore, other products such as hyaluronic acid are applied in this area for optimal results.

Solving excessive sweating

Botulotoxin can also address excessive sweating, as its application will limit the function of the sweat glands in the affected areas, such as the armpits, palms or soles. The duration of the effect of reduced sweating lasts up to 12 months. After 12 months, it is always advisable to repeat the application.

Procedure of the treatment

The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and takes only a few minutes, so you go home immediately after the procedure. Botulinum toxin is injected into the muscle using a thin needle. At the client's request, numbing cream can be applied prior to the procedure.

Botulinum toxin wrinkle or sweating treatment should not be performed in pregnancy, while breastfeeding, in persons with nervous disorders and allergies to any of the substances, or in individuals who have experienced the disease botulism.

After the treatment

After the treatment, do not lie down or bend over for approximately four hours after the treatment, and ideally do not touch the treated areas at all. For one week, skip cosmetic treatments, massages, tanning beds and strenuous exercise. The results of the wrinkle treatment can be observed between the second and tenth day after application and the effect lasts approximately 3 to 6 months, with additional applications to prolong the effect.

Injection fillers

Incisional fillers eliminate wrinkles by filling them in. At our facility, we perform injectable fillers with hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is naturally found in our bodies and binds water to itself, which contributes to hydration, elasticity and tissue volume. As we age, it is depleted in our bodies and the skin gradually sags.

Hyaluronic acid injection fillers are a gentle way to smooth wrinkles and lead to overall facial rejuvenation, but can also be used to rejuvenate the neck, décolletage and backs of the hands. It also addresses receding chins, sunken scars and is used to increase lip volume. For optimal results, in some cases it is advisable to combine hyaluronic acid with botulinum toxin application.

Before application

The treating physician should be informed before treatment whether this is the first or repeated experience with filler application, as well as information about any ongoing medical conditions, allergies, current medications and dietary supplements. Anti-inflammatory medications, bleeding-increasing medications, and avoiding excessive use of vitamin C should then be discontinued at least one week prior to treatment.

Procedure

At the client's request, numbing cream may be applied prior to the procedure. The injectable filler is inserted into the skin using a cannula or very fine needles. The entire treatment lasts 45-60 minutes without pain, and the patient goes home immediately after the procedure.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are not performed on pregnant or breastfeeding clients, individuals with autoimmune diseases, allergies to hyaluronic acid, acute viral or bacterial diseases or local skin infections.

After the procedure

In the first few days after the procedure, it is not recommended to visit a sauna, tanning bed or perform strenuous physical activity. Do not touch the treated area for at least 6 hours after the application and do not overexert your face.

Rejuvenation of the face is visible immediately after the procedure. The results last for a long time (six to ten months) and the application can be repeated, even in combination with botulinum toxin application.

Hyaluronic Acid Rejuvenation

Profhilo is pure hyaluronic acid designed to increase skin elasticity and hydration. Unlike conventional fillers, it does not increase volume, but only improves skin quality and gives the skin a fresh and smoother appearance.

In addition to the face, the skin of the neck, décolleté, backs of the hands, inner arms or even the knee area can be rejuvenated with Profhilo hyaluronic acid. Profhilo Hyaluronic Acid rejuvenation leads to very natural results and can smooth out even minor acne scars.

Before application

The treating physician should be informed before treatment whether this is the first or repeated experience with filler application, as well as information about any ongoing medical conditions, allergies, current medications and dietary supplements. At least one week before the treatment, it is then necessary to discontinue anti-inflammatory drugs, bleeding-increasing drugs and avoid excessive use of vitamin C.

Procedure of the treatment

In contrast to mesotherapy, a significantly lower number of injections is performed during Profhilo application, e.g. Very thin needles are inserted into the five anatomical points where the skin is most prone to sagging.

At the client's request, the application site can be numbed prior to the procedure. The whole process takes 30-60 minutes. It is recommended to divide the application of Profhil into two sessions, ideally four weeks apart.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are not performed on pregnant or lactating clients, individuals with autoimmune diseases, allergies to hyaluronic acid, acute viral or bacterial diseases, or local skin infections.

After the procedure

Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in the human body, so side effects are minimal when it is applied. In the first few days after the procedure, it is not recommended to visit a sauna, solarium or perform strenuous physical activity. Swelling and bruising may occur after the procedure, but will quickly disappear; however, do not touch the treated area immediately after the procedure. To ensure optimal results, it is advisable to repeat the procedure after 6-12 months.

Hyaluronic Acid Lip Augmentation

Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in our bodies. As a result of aging, the amount of it in our body decreases, which causes, among other things, a decrease in the fullness of the lips. The application of hyaluronic acid fillers is a gentle and quick way to restore fullness and elasticity to the lips, while also addressing sagging corners of the mouth

Before application

The treating physician should be informed prior to treatment whether this is the first or repeat experience with filler application, as well as information about any ongoing medical conditions, allergies, current medications and dietary supplements. It is then necessary to discontinue anti-inflammatory medications, bleeding-increasing medications and avoid excessive use of vitamin C at least one week prior to treatment.
